Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience to every customer.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Understand customers' needs and confidently recommend products and styling solutions.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including new collections, promotions, and brand stories.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented and store visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock-taking activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to create a positive and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
